Standard Tour - $75.00
- includes 5 virtual tour images and 6 still images
Premium Tour - $90.00
- includes 5 virtual tour images and 12 still images
Executive Tour - $110.00
- includes up to 10 virtual tour images and up to18 still images
Slide Show - $60.00
- slide show with up to 15 images with captions using only standard "35 mm" type digital images.
We will gladly provide you with an estimate for your specific tour, just provide us with the details of your individual tour needs.

Real Estate Tour Add-ons and Services

Additional Virtual Tours - $10.00 per High Dynamic Range (HDR) virtual tour add-on
Additional Still Photos - $30.00 per 6 stills or $10.00 per 2 stills
Unique Web Address / Domain Pointer - $25 per year
- Add a unique web address pointer to your branded tour (e.g. www.youraddress.com). The web address / domain can point to your virtual tour or to an agent's / customer's own website. (LookAbout360 retains ownership of the domain for the length of the registration period)
Electronic Tour - $25.00 additional per tour
- Electronic copy of your tour to place on your website or for inclusion on CDs or other media. This item can only be purchased in conjunction with or after the completion of one of our tour packages.
Floor Plan - $40.00 additional per tour
- add an interactive floor plan to your tour showing the layout and flow of your house.
Audio Tour - $25.00 for Standard / Premium Tour, $35.00 for Executive Tour
- add an audio description to your tour (narration provided by LookAbout360 - sorry but we are unable to facilitate an outside narrator).
Electronic Flyer - $35.00
- electronic document for you to print your own flyers as you need them or to post on your website for prospective buyers to print. We'll design it using photos taken as part of your virtual tour package including you listing description.
Realtor.com® upload - $30.00
- REALTOR.com® charges a per-upload or distribution fee for each virtual tour uploaded to their site. REALTOR.com® Showcase Listings Enhancements do not incur charges through REALTOR.com®. In this case, LookAbout360.com simply charges a nominal $10.00 fee for our uploading cost. If you are unsure if you are have a Showcase Listing, we can verify it during the upload.
CDs with custom labels
- 15 CDs - $30.00
- 30 CDs - $45.00
Additional Year of hosting on LookAbout360.com (our tours come with 1 year of hosting included with the price)
- 1 year - $15.00 per tour (does not include cost of unique web address / domain)
- If your tour is hosted on our site in multiple forms, not including the branded and non-branded equivalent forms we provide, an additional hosting fee will apply for additional yearly hosting at a rate of $15.00 per tour.
Set-up fees
- Tours do not generally entail a set-up fee unless we have to create special graphics for your tour.
- Realtor Branding Graphic - $25.00 (if applicable - one time fee to create realtor graphic for uses on all your tours). To avoid set-up costs you can send us a jpeg or tiff version of your business card or other graphic. Graphics should be 300 dpi and the dimensions of a normal business card. Additional fees applicable to change graphic or to re-brand tours with a different graphic.

Travel Fees

Key West to Sunshine (Ohio) Key - no additional charge
Marathon (Pigeon Key) to Tea Table (MM79) - $30.00
Islamorada to Key Largo - $60.00

Other Fees - Late or No Show

No Show Fee - $25.00 plus associated travel fee. If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and no one shows up for it, we will charge a No Show fee.
Late Fee - $15.00. We strive to make our appointments at the scheduled time. We will wait for 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment prior to leaving your site. We will attempt to contact you during this wait before we cancel the appointment. If an appointment is canceled under these circumstances, an appropriate No Show Fee will be assessed. If you run later than 30 minutes but do show up for the appointment, an associated Late Fee may be charged. This charge will be at our discretion.

Commercial Rates
Commercial rates apply to, but are not necessarily limited to, the following types of virtual tours: guest houses, long-term and short-term transient rentals, vacation rentals, or any tour not specifically used for marketing and selling of non-commercial real estate. Prices are for virtual tours hosted by us. Additional charges apply if you require the images for your own webhosting. Please inquire regarding rates.

Virtual Images (priced per virtual image): $35.00 per High Dynamic Range (HDR) Virtual Image
Still Photography / Still Images: $15 per High Dynamic Range (HDR) still images
- Example of calculating pricing:
  - 5 virtual images (5 x $35) and 6 still images (6 x $15) = $265
  - 5 virtual images (5 x $35) and 12 still images (12 x $15)) = $360
